no one should be in Aras PLM, that's just an internal/technical identity (mainly used by lifecycle driven by workflows)

Good catch, I thought it was either world or Aras PLM but makes sense to have all employees instead of World. So the answer is no, you should better have your designated users in All Employees. Go in Identities to make the necessary changes.

Hello, I noticed that when I check the CM options from the admin account, if I go for example ItemType> PR > TOC Access tab > there is the identity 'all employees' that has access in the Change Management category. But if I uncheck the CM option PR , in the ItemType> PR > TOC Access tab > there is the identity 'ARAS PLM' . So, in order the users be able to see the CM options changes, I should add the World identity too? Thank you in advance!

Hello, I use the Aras Innovator version 11.0 SP9. I cannot post the screenshot (don't know why) , but the options that I selected from admin was form the TOC Access - CMII (PR,ECR,ECN) , Simple (ECO) , Express (ECO,DCO) and in the default changes I kept the ECR options. Thank you in advance!

Hard to tell, I just did the same thing and it works for me. can you send a screenshot of your CM options selected. and tell us again which version you are using? clean the browser cache just to be sure.
