Hi Henry,

The platform specifications Yoann linked to also list a requirement that client machines run the Windows 10 operating system. You will typically not be able to access the Aras Innovator client directly through your mobile device.

I constantly encountered this error despite using chrome or Edge on the iphone.

Help me.

Hi Sai, Our platform specification would tell you that we do not support Safari for the moment. We support Firefox and Chrome on Mac.
