There appears to be issues with the latest version of the Innovator Admin tool, I also saw the same issue. Downloading the prior version seemed to fix this issue for me:

I have downloaded innovator admin tool. I am able to connect my development environment but unable to write query. it seems readonly editor. Please help me.

Hi folks, I’m new to Aras PLM , now I am in trouble, when I am creating a new item or editing an item, I get the following error, Of course, the error message is Chinese tips, The translation is: "The resource you are looking for has been deleted, renamed or temporarily unavailable. " In fact, the form can not be displayed. I tried to re-install aras, but still invalid, I’m running 11.0 SP9, and aras deployed on the cloud platform, Windows Server 2016 Datacenter , SQL Server2014
