I have .Net3.5, .Net4.7 Framework Advanced service, ASP .Net . I am installing the aras on my local computer so my local computer is server and client. Do you have time now and I can setup a webex to debug? My email fyukang@gmail.com

Hello, Please confirm that you have the following components installed on your machine:

.NET 3.5 (required on all clients)
.NET 4.5.2 (required on server)
MSXML 6
ASP.NET

If all components are installed on the server and you are still seeing this error, you may need to update the system file permissions for your code tree (installation directory). Try granting "Full Control" file permissions to the IIS_IUSRS user for the root directory and all child files/folders. This will ensure that the IIS application pool user to make sure the user can access all files in the code tree. Hi Chris: I tried your steps above and same error message. I use latest Google Chrome. InnovatorSolutions Resource with key="'login.login_btn_label'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml".Resource with key="'login.cancel_btn_label'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml". Find the latest version of Aras Innovator Resource with key="'login.version_html'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml". 11.0 SP9; Resource with key="'login.build_html'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml". 6549

Hello, This is an issue we have seen before related to empty responses being returned by IIS. Could you please try the steps below to resolve this issue?

Open up your Control Panel
Select Programs and Features
In the new window, click Turn Windows features on or off
Expand Internet Information Services > World Wide Web Services > Common HTTP Features
Check Static Content and click OK
After this feature is enabled, clear your browser cache and attempt to login again
1. You may need to also restart your computer as well
