I solved this.

Where do you live?

I live in Kazakhstan and only when i changed my IP through VPN on European IP i got the license.
Without change IP i always got Service Offline or Successful without email me.

Strange things.

Into3D,

I'm assuming you're trying to get a framework license, requesting the license at https://www.aras.com/support/LicenseKeyService/ and getting that error message. If that's the case, I don't know the particular cause of your issue, but I can verify that it's up and working right now.

If you're attempting to get a different sort of new license, can you please be more specific about where you're requesting the service and what kind of license you're looking for. With that in hand I can look into the problem.

Still going, I started trying on Sunday, here I am at Thursday. Why can't I get a license?
