Thanks for your feedback! I do not know if editing the "applicationHost.config" is the correct way to fix error 503, but at least it´s a solution that works.

Hi Angelalp,

I Solve it by mark applicationHost.config and install the ASP.NET Core 2.1 Runtime (v2.1.28) - Windows Hosting Bundle . Finally it works.Thanks for your information .

In my case, error 503 was caused by two issues, so this part of the video is quite long. But I would recommend that you try the second fix (applicationHost.config) first, before trying the first (reverting an previous window update).
