Please check following lifecycle.
Sometime user not able promote(Error is No promotion is available ) from NEW to UPDATE LC state. Sometime its work.
All user are creator they promote there own Items. I don't know root causes of this issue.
can you Please help me to solve this?
I am using Aras Version: 12.0 SP12 Build: 27963
