Debugging Server Method

Hello All,

I am new to Aras. Since I have 15+ experience .net. Willing to learn and get updated. I have download and gone thru programming guide. I have installed and setup Aras Innovator in IIS. I have added element in config file. I am not able to see w3wp.exe in "Attach to Process". I am learning innovator 12 from Demo videos. Can you give me a link of demo video which deals with debugging server method. Could you please help me on this.

AML to Update List Property

Good day. I added a list property to a few ItemTypes with a default value (itemtype, default value is the ItemType ID). When I create an entry the field is populated and identified correctly. When I try to update other entries using AML (Nash or Batchloader) the field has the correct information, but it is not recognized when I search the field.

Example:

DEMO-14

- this is the newly created entry

DEMO_PDF

- crated previously to the itemtype property being added

I used Nash (and Batchloader to make sure) to update the property to the ItemType's ID. When I perform a 'get' action the fields display the exact same information. When I perform an Advanced Search, select the field, and select the appropriate Label from the list, only DEMO-14 is returned.

I'm not sure what I am missing with this. Thank you for the help.

Has anyone tried to get Innovator running against IIS Express? Our organization doesn't allow IIS locally so trying to get around that limit.

currently get the following error:

Status code: 403, Reason: 'Forbidden', Request uri: 'localhost:8081/.../Authenticate.aspx'

Hide Action

Hi All, Is there any way to restrict an action menu on multi select of the item grid.I have defined an action called "Alert Me" on the Part Item Type.In the main grid on right click after selecting Part/Parts I am able to see my Action.However I want this action menu to appear only when a single Part is selected and it should be hidden on the multi select. is there any way to achieve this functionality?

Hello everyone I want to know DB Table ” innovator.ACTIVITY_ASSIGNMENT” what conditions will add the signers. For example : Workflow A–>B the mean is A approve to B . System add B in the db table “ACTIVITY_ASSIGNMENT” When B reject to A system add B and A in the “innovator.ACTIVITY_ASSIGNMENT” .I don’t know why B reject to A will add B again? Thanks
