&lt;h1 id="mcetoc_1iq1klc771"&gt;2 Inviting Team Members&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you are a Portal admin for the Subscriber account, you can easily invite one or more people from your organization to become members of the Aras Subscriber Portal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please follow steps in section Portal Admin Invitation of the article &lt;a href="/community/subscriber-portal/w/user-guide/1102/subscribe-portal-account-creation-options"&gt;Subscriber Portal Account Creation Options&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h1 id="mcetoc_1iq1klc772"&gt;3 Edit and Remove Current Team Members&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Portal Admins can&amp;nbsp;remove members that are no longer with your organization using the Remove action.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img style="max-height:240px;max-width:320px;" alt=" " src="/community/resized-image/__size/640x480/__key/communityserver-wikis-components-files/00-00-00-00-31/pastedimage1745959624113v1.png" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Portal Admins can update member&amp;#39;s access&amp;nbsp;using the Edit action.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img style="max-height:240px;max-width:320px;" alt=" " src="/community/resized-image/__size/640x480/__key/communityserver-wikis-components-files/00-00-00-00-31/pastedimage1745959663194v2.png" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When they edit the role, they will be presented with a description of the options. They can also see the user&amp;#39;s last login. Such information should help them&amp;nbsp;make the best decision on the roles they should set for their users.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h1 id="mcetoc_1j5p41sej0"&gt;4 Team Members Portal Roles&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are 3 subscriber roles in the portal:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Member&lt;/strong&gt; -&amp;nbsp;Portal members have access to all announcements, online training resources, product documentation, as well as upgrade planning information. Members can also participate in Community forums and set their account to sign up for the Aras Newsletter, Support Bulletins, Aras events and more.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Support&lt;/strong&gt; -&amp;nbsp; People in the Support role are able to view, create and update Support Incidents as well as view subscription license keys. Note: there is a maximum of 10 employees who may be designated as Support contacts per subscriber. Members of the Support role should have attended Aras Configuring Solutions training and have full access to Product Documentation on the Subscriber Portal.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Administrator&lt;/strong&gt; -&amp;nbsp;People in the Portal Admin role are able to help maintain the subscriber team.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If your organization&amp;nbsp;would like to&amp;nbsp;change who is a Portal admin or designate additional people as an Portal admin, contact your Account Owner or Aras Customer Success Manager. You can find them under the &lt;a href="/community/subscriber-portal/w/user-guide/572/subscription-topics"&gt;Subscription menu&lt;/a&gt;. Each time you contact Aras Support, we create a Support Incident to track this request and assign a unique Support Incident number (SI #).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;Each Support Incident has the following information &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Incident &lt;/strong&gt;# - a unique number assigned to this request &amp;ndash; SI-####. Please use this number when working with Aras Support on this request.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Summary&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash; a brief description of the question or issue&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Severity&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash; a classification of the issue&amp;rsquo;s severity&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;Level 3 &amp;ndash; Normal. Moderate to Low business impact. Refers to everyday faults and general service requests.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;Level 2 &amp;ndash; Urgent. Moderate to high business impact that applies to a smaller number of users or a degradation rather than complete loss of service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;Level 1 &amp;ndash; Critical - High business impact, serious internal end user impact or serious external customer impact.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Product&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash; Which product this Support Incident about? Innovator standard product, Custom or other product&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Priority&lt;/strong&gt; -&amp;nbsp;Priority enables subscribers to communicate with Aras what is important to your business when there may be several Support Incidents we are working on together. While setting a priority may not affect issue resolution time, it will help in our understanding what are the most important needs for resolution. Subscribers may update these priorities to align&amp;nbsp;with business changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;1 - Highest&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;4 - Lowest&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customer Contact&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash; The subscriber contact who made the original request or the primary person at the subscriber organization who is involved with investigating the Support Incident&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Last Activity&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash; The last correspondence between the Subscriber organization and Aras Support regarding the SI.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Issue #&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;ndash;&lt;/span&gt; the product bug or enhancement issue number(s) associated to the SI&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Status&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash; The current State of the Support Incident&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;Open &amp;ndash; this incident is in work or under investigation within Aras&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;Awaiting Feedback &amp;ndash; Aras is awaiting information or response from the subscriber to continue the investigation&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;Closed &amp;ndash; the work on this incident has been completed and the incident has been resolved&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;Reviewing Support Incident Correspondence&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the Subscriber Portal, you may select on individual Support Incidents to see all details of the Support Incident. If applicable, all attachments from this Support Incident are summarized at the top of the Support Incident.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Each correspondence from Aras Support will be listed in the view of the Support Incident with the date and time of the correspondence. This correspondence may include your email to Aras Support and Aras Support&amp;rsquo;s response.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="padding-left:30px;"&gt;Analyzing &amp;ndash; the Issue is under initial review&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Backlog &amp;ndash; the Issue has been accepted into the Product Backlog&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Implementing &amp;ndash; the Issue is actively being fulfilled&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Released &amp;ndash; the Issue has been released in standard Product and can be applied via Upgrade&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Testing &amp;ndash; a candidate resolution for the issue is being tested &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
