Nothing under Contents in Table of Contents

This happened last week but I can't figure out what went wrong. I was editing an ItemType and after I saved it and closed I logged out to see the changes. Upon logging back in I can't see anything underneath the Contents sidebar. I even tried the other admin logins but I still don't see anything. Anyone have a clue as to what is going on?

I am running Innovator 12

Aras Innovator Error: Cannot access OAuth Server due to 500 (Internal Server Error) Running on Windows Server 2019

Alright I've tried just about everything I can think of but I'm still not able to log into Aras Innovator due to the following error:

Error: Cannot access OAuth Server due to 500 (Internal Server Error)

I have all of the prerequisites installed that are pointed out within the installation guide. I still can't get the OAuth server to respond.

I am running Windows Server 2019 so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this error but it is a possibility. I will keep on trying to crack this case, but I may need some help.

Anyone have any ideas?

Can't do a bulk ALM code input.

Hello, not sure if anyone is having this problem but I seem to not be able to do a bulk item creation with AML.

I'm using Nash which has worked before but when I put this code in for example:

<AML>
<Item type='Part' action='add'>
  <item_number>234-17351-0001</item_number>
    <description>A test assembly</description>
</Item>
<Item type='Part' action='add'>
  <item_number>131-87171-0001</item_number>
    <description>Another test assembly</description>
</Item>
</AML>

All that gets added is the first part number and the second number is never created. Is there something I am missing from my code?
