&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Improved validation of invalid filters in queries - IH-12672&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; The API now properly returns errors when filters are incorrect, instead of ignoring them.&lt;br /&gt; Example: a query to count items with filter on a non-existent property now properly returns an error &amp;ldquo;400 Bad Request&amp;rdquo;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fixed unrelated discussion comments appearing in results &amp;ndash; IH-11984&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Only discussion comments linked to the requested item are now returned.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fixed login conflict during multiple API calls - IH-12833&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Resolved the issue &amp;ldquo;already logged in with different credentials&amp;rdquo;, appearing when multiple API calls occurred in a short time, such as during mass imports. This ensures stable integrations with external tools or multiple file uploads.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Sign in to the Subscriber Portal and navigate to Upgrade &amp;rarr; Projects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If you have access to multiple upgrade projects, select your upgrade project from the dropdown menu.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be sure that the project&amp;rsquo;s status is &amp;ldquo;testing&amp;rdquo;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Go to the Issues tab and click on New Upgrade Regression.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Before proceeding, you will be prompted to indicate whether the regression being reported is reproducible in the production environment. This step ensures that only upgrade regressions are submitted through the portal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you select Yes: You will be redirected to file a Support Incident, as production issues are managed via Support.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;Provide clear and detailed information to facilitate efficient triage:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;Complete the fields that are required noting that some have minimum character requirements; the Submit button will become available once all required information is provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;Steps to Repeat, Expected Behavior, Actual Behavior, and Additional Information fields support rich text and inline images.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;Attach relevant files, such as screenshots, logs, or sample data.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:150%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4 After Submission &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;Upon submitting the form:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;Your IR is created and certain values are automatically populated by the system for upgrade work.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;A confirmation page will display a link to the newly created IR and a link to return to your project.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;Your Aras project team will receive email notifications to initiate triage.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:inherit;"&gt;You can view all details you have provided and comment on the IR in the Subscriber Portal. Use IR Comments to add updates or respond to questions from the Aras team (see below).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;When an SI or IR is locked by a internal user, the subscriber will see an indicator that the item is locked. If they try to close a locked SI or IR, the message was improved to be more informative and user friendly to end users&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Subscribers can add other recipients to an SI in the Support Incident request form in the Subscriber Portal (see below). This allows relevant contacts to the request to be copied on the SI exchanges once the SI is submitted which streamlines the process of including necessary contacts on the SI
