TF (if installed)

Configuring the DM- Inactivate Deliverables

You cannot delete deliverable lines in a deliverables matrix. Instead, you can choose to ‘inactivate’ them
Deliverable lines with health Status ‘Inactive’ will be ignored
You cannot inactivate a deliverable line if there is a checkmark in ‘Is Mandatory’
MDS _Manager/MDS_Admin identities can remove the checkmark in ‘Is Mandatory’

1.Select a “Deliverable Template”

2.Deliverable is automatically filled out

3.Fill out the rest of the information (closing rule, etc.)

Instantiation mode ‘Fixed Deliverable’

1.Select a “Deliverable”

2.Fill out the rest of the information (closing rule, etc.)

Instantiation mode ‘Reuse’

1.Select Reuse Source”

2.Add a ‘Name’. Deliverable is automatically filled out (when the source is instantiated)

DHF/DMR/TF Collections

You can create and view DHF, DMR and TF ‘collections’ that contain the DHFs, DMRs and TFs structures of the projects which meet your business needs.
Only users that are a member of the identity MDS_Admin or MDS_Manager can create new DHF, DMR, and TF collections.
