Peter Schroer
CEO & Founder
Peter Schroer brings over 25 years experience growing high-tech companies into market leaders by spearheading solution innovation combined with structured growth strategies. Prior to founding Aras Corporation, Peter was General Manager, US Operations and a Board member for Eigner+Partner [acquired by Agile Software], a provider of PDM technology.
Previously, he was a General Manager at both Workgroup Technologies and Thermo Electron. Peter began his career as a manager with Data General. He was also a member of the Nobel Prize winning design team at the prestigious IBM Thomas Watson Institute. Peter holds a BSEE, MENG EE, and MBA from Cornell University.

John Yee
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, John Yee oversees financial strategy and global accounting at Aras. John brings over 20 years of experience in finance in the high-tech industry from both private industry and Big 4 public accounting firms. His experience includes pre-revenue start-up ventures as well as Fortune 500 companies. Previously, John held senior financial roles at a companies including Watchfire, Praecis Pharmaceuticals, Salary.com, Decision Resources, OneSource Information Services, Tenor Networks, and Deloitte & Touche.

Martin Allemann
Chief Revenue Officer
With nearly 20 years of leadership in the product lifecycle management
enterprise software market Martin Allemann brings extensive experience
in executive sales, industry strategy, professional services, and the
development of partner networks. Martin has had a track record of
customer success and corporate growth throughout his career.
Most recently, Martin was Vice President of European Operations at
Agile Software [acquired by Oracle]. Previously, Martin was General
Manager, European Operations and a Board member for Eigner+Partner.
Earlier in his career he was at Bosch. Martin holds an FH degree in
engineering from the University of Biel and an FH Degree in CAA
[Automation] from University of Bern.

Mark Beaulieu
Vice President, Technical Services / CIO
Mark Beaulieu brings 15 years leadership experience in professional
services consulting on product development best practices and
enterprise software solutions for manufacturers. Mark has an
outstanding reputation for consistently achieving customer satisfaction
and delivering business results that improve companies’ competitive
advantage.
Prior to joining Aras, Mark was Director of Professional Services for
Agile Software delivering solutions for clients including 3M, Dell,
Hitachi, Metaldyne, Siemens, Tyco and US Surgical. Previously, he led
successful enterprise systems projects in new product development and
introduction for Workgroup Technologies and was a design engineer at
MA/COM and Smith & Nephew.

Rob McAveney
Chief Technology Officer
Rob McAveney brings a lifelong passion for technology to the CTO role at Aras. For the past 20 years, that passion has been focused on building rich software platforms that solve difficult business problems for major industrial companies. Rob paints the vision of the future of PLM technology, while staying grounded with the realities of configuration management, systems integration and the many other challenges in delivering enterprise software.
Prior to Aras, Rob led technical engagements for Eigner, an early entrant in the PLM market. He began his career at Boeing, where he gained a broad understanding of engineering and manufacturing systems and processes. Rob holds a BSME from Virginia Tech.

Marc Lind
Sr Vice President, Strategy
Marc Lind brings over 20 years experience in enterprise software and
manufacturing and draws on a customer-centric perspective to create
revenue-driven marketing strategies. Most recently, Marc was President
of PartsDriver, an enterprise supply chain solution provider to the
automotive aftermarket.
Previously, at Analog Devices he helped build relationships with major
customers including Intel, Lucent, and Nortel and led a division-wide
reengineering project. Earlier in his career, Marc was a consultant in
world-class manufacturing and quality systems. He holds a BBA in
Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst
and is a member of the AME [Association for Manufacturing Excellence],
APICS, and PDMA [Product Development and Management Association].

Andreas Mueller
Sr Vice President, Operations - EMEA
With over 15 years experience in the software business, Andreas Mueller brings extensive expertise in all aspects of managing sales, marketing and partners across the globe. His career has encompassed a variety of management, sales, marketing and alliances positions. Andreas has a track record filled with successful projects and reference customer & alliances partners.
Prior to joining Aras, Andreas worked as the Alliances Director at Agile. Before that, Andreas served as Regional Director at Mediasurface, a CMS Vendor, VP at Catenic (SAP Billing Solution) and as Sales & Marketing Director at Corporate Software and Technology a leading Software Asset Management Company. Andreas holds an engineering degree as a Quality Auditor.

Masahiko Hisatsugu
President, Aras Japan / Vice President, Operations - Japan
With over 20 years of business and technology experience, Masahiko
Hisatsugu is one of the foremost authorities on PLM in Japan. Most
recently, Masahiko served as Founder and President of Progress Partners
Consulting, a Japanese PLM consulting firm. Prior to founding Progress
Partners, he was the first Metaphase (now Siemens PLM) consultant,
introducing PLM to the Japanese market and working with industry
leaders including Toyota, Konica Minolta, Mitsubishi, Toshiba and
Canon. Later, Masahiko was recruited by SAP to build and run SAP PLM in
Japan, where he developed business solutions, drove strategic marketing
and established the consulting methodology.
Masahiko is a graduate Kinki University of Science and Technology. He
also the author of the book "How to Develop a PLM System" (available on
Amazon.com) and a frequent blogger on PLM and related topics.

John Sperling
Sr Vice President, Product Management
John Sperling brings over 25 years of experience in engineering and
enterprise software development to the Product Management team at Aras.
John is a results-oriented leader with in-depth knowledge of PLM
project and program management, software implementation and
customization, and user interface design and usability.
Prior to joining Aras, John was Director of Product Management for
Engineering Collaboration and Enterprise Visualization at Oracle, where
he drove strategic product vision, and managed a global development
team and network of integration partners to multi-million dollar growth
across his product portfolio. Previously, John developed engineering
systems, solutions and processes at Boeing and Rockwell International
for the Space Shuttle, Space Station, Delta rockets, GPS satellites and
a wide range of experimental vehicles.

John Busa
Vice President, Production
John Busa brings nearly 30 years of engineering software experience to Aras, with successful leadership in cross-functional operations, product management, and product development.
Prior to joining Aras, John served on the management teams, in a variety of senior operational and product development roles, at aPriori Technologies and CXO Systems. Prior to that, John served as Senior Vice President for Research and Development at PTC, a leading provider of PLM solutions. He has played a key role in the management and the growth of all of these companies.
John holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.

Stephane Guignard
Vice President, Operations - Southern Europe
With over 25 years of experience in the product lifecycle management
software industry, Stephane Guignard brings extensive expertise in
Information System architecture and business processes optimization, as
well as executive sales. He has a strong entrepreneurship and team
empowerment track records, founding and running various companies.
He founded PCO Technologies in 1997 the first and biggest independent
French PLM services company later acquired by Accenture. Prior to that,
he drove the Metaphase worldwide Implementation Program at Schneider
Group. He has a computer science engineer background (ENSIMAG).

Mary LaSelva
Vice President, Global Marketing
Mary LaSelva brings 25 years experience developing and implementing
marketing and communications strategies to drive growth. Mary has
demonstrated success in turnaround and high growth environments,
driving change, building positive customer experiences and developing
high performing global team environments.
Most recently, Mary was VP Marketing for Aspen Technology delivering
customer experiences to clients including BP, The Dow Chemical Company,
Shell, Saudi Aramco, Sinopec and BASF. Previously, Mary was a marketing
and brand strategist in early- and mid-stage tech start-ups Indigo
(acquired by Hewlett-Packard) and OpenReach (acquired by Oracle), and
held P&L responsibility while opening up new markets at RISO. Mary
holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bentley University.

Andrey Knourenko
Vice President, Engineering
With over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, Andrey Knourenko brings extensive expertise in all aspects of managing software product development. Andrey has a strong track record of building superior technical teams and delivering quality enterprise software products throughout his career. Andrey joined Aras in 2005 and was VP of Product Development in 2013-2018.
Prior to joining Aras, Andrey was co-founder of NetView Technologies, a provider of Web-based enterprise business process management software. Previously, Andrey was Director of Development of Pro/INTRALINK® for PTC. He holds M.S. in Applied Math and Computer Science from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (currently National Research Nuclear University MEPhI), Moscow, Russia.

Alan Mendel
Vice President, Operations - North America
With over 30 years of experience in the design automation and product lifecycle management (PLM) business, Alan Mendel has worked with fortune 1000 companies, defense and government agencies to improve their development, manufacturing, and support of global products and services.
Alan brings extensive expertise in software and service business operations including management, sales, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, channel development, product development and customer support. Alan is an authority on methodologies and technology solutions for digital transformation, product development and product lifecycle management.

Jay Pappas
Vice President, Global Alliances
As Vice President of Alliances, Jay Pappas builds strategic
partnerships with leading professional services firms, resellers, and
technology companies. Jay is directing the expansion of our global
partner ecosystem to deliver an ever broader scope of innovative
solutions and expert services. He brings over 25 years in the
enterprise engineering business applications market, where he has held
diverse roles ranging from product management, product development,
professional services, and partner management.
Prior to joining Aras, Jay was responsible for product development at
SofTech and Workgroup Technologies, where he helped to deliver PDM and
CAD Connector products. Previously, he led successful software
development projects at Digital Equipment Corporation and Stone &
Webster.
