Hotfix 042735

Hotfix 042735 version 1 is a temporary workaround to prevent a client side error caused by the "Open in Office" Feature. Version 1 of 042735 will disable the "Open in Office" Action on all ItemTypes where it is enabled. Once disbled, this feature should not be enabled again until Hotfix 042735 Version 2 is available with a permanent resolution of the issue.
