Hotfix 013196 for Aras Innovator 9.2.0 SP1

Symptoms

1. Have Microsoft Outlook 2007 running.
2. Open a new Microsoft Internet Explorer Window.
3. Enter the URL for Aras Innovator 9.2.0 SP1.
1. The status bar indicates that an error has occurred.
2. A second blank Internet Explorer window opens.
4. Click on the error in the status bar of the original Internet Explorer window.
1. The resulting error contains the following message: "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component."
5. Close all Internet Explorer windows, Outlook 2007, and all Outlook processes.
6. Open a new Microsoft Internet Explorer Window.
7. Enter the URL for Aras Innovator 9.2.0 SP1.
8. Aras Innovator 9.2.0 SP1 loads successfully.
