Hotfix 013196 for Aras Innovator 9.2.0

不具合の内容：

Microsoft Outlook 2007を起動中にMicrosoft Internet Explorerを開きます。

その後Aeas Innovator9.2.0のURLを入力しArasを起動するとステータスバーにエラーが表示されます。

その後Internet Explorerのブランクウインドウが表示されます。

元のInternet Explorerのステータスバーのエラーをクリックすると下記のエラーが表示されます。

""Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.""。

Internet Explorer、Outlook2007とOutlookのプロセスをすべて終了させ、新規にMicrosoft Internet Explorerを開きAras Innovator9.2.0のURLを入力すると正常に起動します。
