While the meat of the article was about the need for a flexible change management system to fit each company's unique needs, for me, the most important take away was, when it comes to change management do not compromise.
"The best advice I can give any company looking for a change management solution is: Don't compromise," said Peter Schroer.
Change Management is one of the most important aspects of any PLM system. It has a huge impact on every product, from time to production to overall cost, to satisfying requirements and meeting safety standards, and everything in between.
Don't compromise on something so critical to the success or failure of your product.
