Back in 2015, we worked with the IBM team to pioneer a new ALM/PLM Open Reference Architecture. This culimnated in a LIVE demonstration of the new architecture in the context of a cross discipline change process at the ProSTEP iViP – OASIS OSLC Conference in Möhringen, Germany.
That experience and relationship with the IBM team has led to a recently announced Strategic Reseller Agreement between Aras and IBM. The agreement brings together IBM's Rational Continuous Engineering suite for ALM and Systems Engineering with the Aras innovator PLM platform & applications.
