Sometimes, you just want to see items like Parts and Documents that are relevant to a specific project you are working on. Even if you have access to other projects, you just want to see the ones you will work on this afternoon.
The solution shown in this video provides this feature but make sure to understand that it is not a permission-related solution. There is no added security it is just filtering the views based on the project you selected to be active for yourself.
