Jpeg picture in form

I want to have a explaining Picture in the form. HOw do i put it there in a good way.

Your question is not so clean.

If your picture is static and outside of Aras DB, you can place HTML object on the FORM and write simple HTML <img src='{URL_TO_THE_PIC}' />

If your picture is property of the ItemType so just place this property using "Unused Properties" list
