I have installed Aras 11sp4 , I want to modify some files in background, but there nothing information about Conversion function in help file. So , could you help me to find a basic example about that or some manual of conversion ? thanks

If you installed 11SP4 - guess that you are subscriber. If you so, you can see in Aras CD, there is folder "Documentation". There you can find "Aras Innovator 11.0 - Conversion Server Setup Guide.pdf"
If it missing from your CD - contact support, I'm sure they can help you
