Keyed_name not updating

Hi, I needed to remove one of the properties that was being used for the keyed_name of an item type but once I removed the keyed_name  order number the value still remains part of the keyed_name. Is there something I can do to update the keyed_name to no longer display this property in the keyed_name. Thanks
