Is Aras Subcription required for notification Message for user ?

hi i am using free license of Aras Innovator Can i use notification Message for user in aras i create notification itemtype for perticuler user but when i login through that user , user not get any notification msg thanks in advance

    Hello, You can find a built-in guide to using Notification Messages by selecting Help > Just Ask Innovator in the menu of the main window and searching for Notification Message. Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the help page by appending '/Client/WebHelp/en/User_Notifications/user_notifications.htm' to the end of the URL you use to login to innovator.
