Itemtype Data Problem

hi, i not able to seen any data for particular itemtype in Main Grid but it is available in sql database

    yes, i have get and can discover permission main thing is , i added data to aras using importexport tool of aras and it is successfully but data added through import tool is not visible in main grid ,and data added manually is visible in main grid
