You really need to be more comlete in the description of the problem.
Are you trying to attach two or more files in one go from the "Files" tab of say "Document" or trying to write script to take a number of Files from the disk and attach them to one Document or other Item Type or write script to take a number of files from the disk and create a new Item type for each?

Since Innovator 9.2.0 you can just drag&drop files from the Windows Explorer.
