Dear friends,

I want to add the data related to "YARD"

Tablename=YardMaster

Fields= yardname, yardnumber,country.

for this i created

1) new "ItemTypes" =>"Yard".

2) new "forms"=>Yard

I want to use the above mentioned form for data entry purpose. same as the form for Customers in Portfolio.

You're almost done.

Just add a TOC access to your new ItemType, set permissions so that you are able to create, and you'll be able to use your newly created itemtype.
