Hi,
I am new to Aras and am trying to setup my 1st test database. The problem I'm having is that I want to add more selections to the Units list but the pop up window for Units (and other pop ups) does not display any values. Here is what I am doing...
1. I lock and edit the Units list
2. I select New relationship - the delete relationship icon appears but nothing is in the value list, not even existing unit values. If I select printable view, all the units appear in the preview window, including several blank values that I must have created.
I have Innovator 9.2.0 installed on MS Windows Server 2003 running SQL 2005 Express SP4, .net 3.5 and IE7.

Sorry for the second post but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am not sure if my problem is with my Aras installation or if it is Windows and IE on my server. Please take a look at the attached images for a better explanation of my problem:
The 1st image is taken from another forum answer and shows what I am expecting to see (list of available units to choose from)
The 2nd image is what I get on my installation (no list of available units)
The 3rd image is a print preview of my units page (using the "printable view" button on the units pop up). It shows the available selections including a blank selection that I was able to add but can not edit.
I am new to working with servers and databases so any help would be appreciated.

Problem solved. I cleared my cache, forms and cookies and the page now displays correctly. I believe it was deleting the Temp Internet Files that solved it.
Hope this can help someone else in the future.
