Hello, Prabhu T, and welcome to the forums.
It is likely that you have a proxy server on your netwrok. Aras Innovator cannot finish downloading the controls to your client, because it cannot authenticate itself as "you".
I reccommend asking your netwrok admin to allow an exception in the proxy server for port 80 of that machine.

Dear Bill,
Thanks for your response. FYI, I am not working in a network. My PC is a standalone Windows 2003 Server installed with a active directory. I have logged into the system as one of the active directory user which has all admin rights; also I installed ARAS in this user account only.
In order to give more information to you, I have given my proxy settings (it is a blank one... I didn't set anything there) and detailed error message of my previous post screen shot. Please advice. Waiting for your reply.
