I think you need to be a bit more specific about what you want to do.
You can write class libraries (.dll) and register them with Innovator. Is that what you mean? If so see the Wiki where there is an article on that.
Or do you mean how do I write code inside Innovator to make it do stuff? Because that is how you do most customisations.
Your topic is otherwise too broad for anyone to offer more specific advice.
