Is there any relationship exists in Aras between Lifecycle Maps & Workflow maps? If so, how to create the relationship and how it is useful to map the business process?

for some background on our views on workflows, lifecycles, and the relationships between them.  This download:

contains examples of workflow automation, including how to launch a workflow from a lifecycle.  The Product Engineering solution (included in the main Innovator download) contains examples of workflow driving lifecycle, specifically in the PR, ECR and ECN workflows.  Observing the interaction in those workflows should give you a pretty good idea of the benefits.  Our upcoming 8.2 release will standardize the relationships between lifecycle and workflow, and will remove the necessity to use method code to achieve it.
