Hi Community,
I am setting up the project management solution.
Concerning the Gantt chart we need to be able to view the total/overall workload for an “Identity” (one or more users).
We have discussed the possibility of momentarily creating a “WBS Element” for which we relate all “activities” assigned to the specific “Identity” (one or more users).
Doing a Gantt Chart on this “WBS Element” could give us the wanted view.
Is this the way to go?
Has anyone done similar?
Please share your thoughts on this.
