SUPPORT Q&A - Compilation error trying to access Vault

I am trying to access the vault url but get the below error message from the url http://<servername>/InnovatorServerDev1/vault/VaultServer.aspx.

Compilation Error

Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: BC30002: Type 'VaultServer' is not defined.

I did a reinstall of Innovator which resolved this issue but now I am getting this when trying to browse to http://<servername>/InnovatorServerDev1/vault/VaultServer.aspx

The webpage cannot be found

HTTP 404

Most likely causes:

There might be a typing error in the address.
If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

What you can try:

Retype the address.

Go to and look for the information you want.

This error (HTTP 404 Not Found) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but the page you wanted was not found. It's possible that the webpage is temporarily unavailable. Alternatively, the website might have changed or removed the webpage.

I can access the debugging.html and wininethelper.aspx files that are in the same application.
