DEVELOPERS FORUM - Error creating a item from item type on TOC

Hi All,

I have created a new item type named "LEA_PROCESS". It has only one feild called process name on the form. I am getting error when i try to create instance or new item  of "LEA_PROCESS" from TOC. "

Error Details

No Items of  type "LEA_PROCESS" found

Kindly help me out in this.
