Hi,
I have installed ARAS innovator 9.2 in the following environment
1. Windows Server 2008 R2
2. SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
3. Internet Explorer 8
It works fine when accessed from the local machine.
I configured a client as mentioned in “Internet Explorer Client Machine Configuration.pdf” & “.NET Client configuration.pdf”. Client machine configuration is as follows:
1. Windows Server 2008 R2
2. Internet Explorer 8
When I try to access innovator from client machine, the home page is displayed. After I give the default user name “admin” and pwd: “innovator”, the screen hangs.
The following error is encountered
Message: 'this.IomFactory' is null or not an object
Line: 6241
Char: 3
Code: 0
