If you have a look at the Main Aras Community Page you will see a link to the Roadmap. This has specific information relating to the direction that Aras is taking. Along with that are general timelines for release.
At the moment Aras is suggesting that 9.3 will be released in June. I believe they are targeting early June but it's difficult to say more precisely than that. You should only have to wait a couple of weeks for the subscriber release. The release to the community will be later than this. Maybe one or two months after subscriber release.

No one knows.. It keeps changing.
Last month it shows May, then near the end of May, it changes to June. Users are complaining with IE9 for while now.
I really hope Aras can do better job for support new IE *before* it release, not after 6 month ~ 1 year.
After all Aras is (supposedly) a partner with Microsoft, is it?
