We periodically require that one user's InBasket tasks be visible by another user - for example when someone is out of the office for a period of time. Since this is a requirement that affects a number of teams and individuals thoroughout a workflow, we can't use the technique of assigning a specific task to a specific team where everyone shares the same InBasket. The only option we have right now is to temporarily add a user to another user's identity - however this is not recommended. Are there any other possible solutions that anyone is aware of? FYI - we have heavily customized InBasket and project plans.
