I have finally gotten Innovator installed, only to receive the following error upon login as admin:
Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized
So, I click continue, and receive an outline of Innovator components in the left hand screen, but nothing shows up in the main window. I found a posting in this forum dated 7-11-2007 from user prabhu with the exact same error, but there is no resolution posted. I have tried contacting this user with no response. Can someone else point me in the right direction? (I also do not have a proxy server on the network...)

I have not received any replies. I uninstalled Innovator and deleted the database. The fresh install seems to have taken care of the problem.
