Is there a way where we can leverage Scheduling alone in ARAS with Workflow activities scheduling. Do forward and backward scheudling for the acitivies defined in workflow.
Any references or pointers in this regard would be of great help

Hi Divya,
You can't really schedule workflow activities since they rely on people to vote for the path that they want the workflow to take. You could, I guess work out the longest time it should take for a complete workflow to happen by interrogating all of the Activites in each path to a close/end point and check your progress against that. You could even collect metrics about average times to complete activites in order to find your bottlenecks but it isn't part of the default solution.
