DEVELOPERS FORUM - How to put value on form's controls at runtime

Can someone help me on this

I have created a form which has two controls (1) Text Box, (2) HTML Control
using javascript I am invoking the form
and I Just want to put some initial values in those two controls at run time while invoking the form.

Please help
