I was reading some Aras PDF documentation just now and realized I wished their was a way to change the background color to ease the contrast a bit (black text on white can do a number on your eyes after a while). Low and behold, a quick Bing search (yeah, I have been testing out not using Google) found me the answer I was looking for. This works for Adobe Reader (I am on version 9.x):
