I get the same trouble,,I have already install the system, and can see the login page, but when i provide username/password, nothing happend. why? and i have noticed that the IE said:there some error in scrpits, the object aras can't be find.
I am using windows 2003 server and wind.ows xp,, all these OS are chinese version.
Does the ARAS'er will provider some support?

This is the known issue in Innovator 8.1 html forms and is fixed in 8.2. Please, wait for 8.2 release, it will be in few weeks (through hearsay).
Note: grids have to work with chinese characters properly.
