Hi All,
I Have Installed the Aras 9.3.0 on my Machine, I have Configure the all Setting which where given in Documentation of Aras Innovator 9.3.0 PDF.
When i Login into the Aras Innovator and View the Existing Method item, The Method Item Window opens with a BLUE SCREEN instead of CODE.
Example: 1) I Login as User "admin".
2) The Aras Innovator Window Displayed, i click on ADMINISTRATOR in TOC and Click to METHOD.
3) After Click the METHOD the existing Method Item's are displayed. Selected a Method Item "admin_clear_cache" and View.
4) The Selected Method displayed a Blue Screen, Instead of Code.
The above issue happens for View or Edit or Creating a New Method. It Happens for ALL METHODS.
Please guide me as early as possible.
Thank You
Hrishikesh

Hello Hrishikesh,
Did you manage to get a solution for this? I have recently installed 9.3.0 and encountering the exact same problem you have. Trying to look for solutions on this. If you found one would be great to know what it was.
Thanks
Matthew

This means that your ActiveX for the method editor (ArasEditCab.cab) didn't start. This might happen by several reasons which are difficult to identify without having more info. I would recommend to see if the specified cab is installed by your IE. If yes, then you can try to clean it up force IE to re-install it.

Thank you for your answer.
I have tried to verify if in Internet Explorer Add-On list ArasEditCab.cab is not mentioned but it isn't.
When I tried for the first time Internet Explorer asked me if I wanted to download ArasEditCab.cab.
I answered "yes" but the screen was the same.
Thanks a lot

Hi aknourenko, I verified by event viewer if there was an error. Infact there was this error:
"Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 8.0.6001.18702, stamp 49b3ad2e,
faulting module msjava.dll, version 5.0.2752.0, stamp 35747274, debug? 0, fault address 0x000c5a6c."
I made some research and I saw that this error depend on Microsoft Virtual Machine installation.
I tryed to uninstall microsoft virtual machine and have installed Java Virtual Machine, but the error remains the same.
I don't know how to proceed.
