I am making a custom Itemtype with a workflow. The start is an automatic activity, which goes to Prepare. This works just fine. When I vote to move from Prepare to the next activity I get the error "Not a single item". I have removed all my custom logic and promotions. I am stumped as to where to troubleshoot this error next. I have tried with no affected items and I get the same problem.
Any ideas are very appreciated,

Sorry about that, I forgot to look in the pre and post methods of the lifecycle transition. I had some code that had an error.
