I have installed ARAS 9.3 on my system. When I try to run the client it says,

tried running the sdns.exe (as an administrator) but the system hangs after that.
Is there some other pre-requisite/installable for ARAS 9.3 ?

Have you configured the client according to the Internet Explorer Client Configuration document?

The most commonly missed thing is adding the Server to the Trusted sites.

Is this installation on a single machine for both client and server, or independent client and server machines? If they are separate machines, the second most common thing missing is to run sdns.exe on the client (and not on the server).
