i hv installed aras innovator product sucessfully with all previouse configurations were done. When i am connecting server on the same machine using IE8 there is no problem...but when i am connecting aras innovator from remote machine it shows me error
"Aras Innovator client has failed to initialize.

Hi Uday,
The most common problems are:
Not putting the Innovator Server into your Trusted Sites on IE.
Running IE 64bit not IE 32bit
Running the SDNS tool from a network or remote drive rather than the local drive.
If you are running Innovator Release 9.3 you need to have .Net 3.51 and MSXML4 installed on the client machine.
Try those.

Hello Brian,
I hv added the URL used to acess the innovator server in the trusted site zone and then run .net security policy configuration tool on the remote client. It solves my problem. If i will face any more issues, i will be in touch with u soon.
