Hi Hrishikesh,
You would need to edit /client/xml/main_menu.aspx
and put your own menu items in there. Then you would have to edit the /client/scripts/main_menu.aspx to put the actions for the menu and make sure you don't upset the rest of the menu handling.
I haven't tried this but it definitely isn't normal configuration for Innovator.
