I have a problem
Spec2 user created an ECR and summited.
I have a spec3 user set as CS1.
When I login as spec3 to review the ECR it's read only. What ideas do you have on this problem.

Welcome to the forums. In the standard solution, an ECR that has been promoted to Submitted should still have the "New ECR" Permission set. Everyone in the CM Identity, including CS1, should have Get/Update/Can Change Access. It sounds like something may have been modified in your installation. To check the Permissions, open the ECR in question, then go to Views->Permissions->View. The "New ECR" Permission should pop up. Check to make sure the CM identity has Access, then check the CM Identity to make sure CS1 is still a member.
