Hello,
I'm still learning how ARAS works and I was wondering if I can track down an error? I got this error when I was trying to change an old part to a new part in an ECN. This happened during the In Planning stage. Thank you

I've never seen that error before.
When you click "Show Details" do you get anything more useful?
Exactly what were you doing and what fields had you filled in, in the ECN?

I’m at the “In Planning” stage in the ECN. I’m going to My In
Basket and opening the ECN. I check off all the boxes in complete and vote
complete. When I go to the bottom of the page I hit Complete on the bottom
left, I get that error and I cannot go any further in the ECN process.
I’m trying to go through the process using Action – Change.
I don’t get this error when it’s a new part in Rev A. I have only got this
error when I’m putting a released product through a change or deleting it.

I figured out the issue. Part was not tied to the correct Life Cycle.
