DEVELOPERS FORUM - Is it possible to have property name longer than 32 characters?

I am looking for the facility in ARAS innovator,

1) where I can increase the number of characters allowed for propertyname when creating ItemType .

2) Is it possible to add description for the property in ItemType Creation window. simillar facility is available

in MS Access table definition window.
