DEVELOPERS FORUM - Field CSS - can I change font alignment and other properties?

Hi, All:

     I am trying to change the text-alignment of a textbox using the field CSS property.  I discovered I am unable to affect anything related to the font, whether it's font size / weight / color or alignment.  (I know I can change the color and other properties via the Field Label tab, I just want to understand how the CSS part works.)  Does Aras limit what properties I can change via CSS?  What is the principal at work here?
